Buffalo Chicken Wrap

No Nuts, Dairy, Eggs, Soy, Gluten, Grain, or Refined Sugars!

Buffalo Chicken Wrap

 
What you need:
aluminum covered baking sheet
boneless skinless chicken- I made this for two and used two chicken breasts
coconut oil
cayenne pepper
garlic powder
black pepper
Franks Red Hot sauce
 
For wrap:
large size romaine lettuce leaves
sliced tomato
 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350

Lay chicken out on aluminum covered pan and cover with oil, then add desired amount of spices.

Bake for 30 minutes- or until chicken is done-

Leave on pan and cover with Franks Red Hot sauce.

Wrap foil up and around chicken to let cool in the steam for about 15 minutes.

Serve on a lettuce wrap with sliced tomato!
