Use on EVERYTHING “Cream” Sauce

Gluten, DAIRY, Egg, Nut, Soy, & Refined Sugar Free!

Ever have one of those moments when you are sitting on the couch watching t.v. and an Olive Garden commercial comes on that leaves you wiping the drool off your chin and ready to toss your healthy eating and allergies (if only) out of the window and just engorge yourself? Yeah… me too. So I came up with an amazing Use on EVERYTHING “cream” sauce that will help keep your body healthy and keep you safe from any food allergy attacks!

This is more than just a mock “alfredo” sauce… this is seriously great over just about anything you feel is missing something. Pour it over your oven roasted chicken as a gravy. Use this sauce over rice noodles or spaghetti squash and add your protein of choice. Dip your shrimp in it, or maybe even make a homemade pizza with white sauce!! Do it all– guilt free and safely!

USE ON EVERYTHING "CREAM" SAUCE

Ingredients:

coconut oil - for sautéing
2 medium sized zucchini
3 small red potatoes
1/2 t fresh minced garlic
1 t EVOO
1.5 t coconut oil (hard)
1/4 - 1/2 cup of filtered water -depending on desired consistency
1/2 t sea salt
1/8 t black ground pepper
shake of white pepper

Instructions:

Wash and peel both your potatoes and zucchinis
Dice potatoes, cover with water, and put them in a medium sized
pot to boil until soft
Heat coconut oil over a large pan
Slice zucchini and cook in pan over med-high heat for about 4
minutes then med-low heat until soft
When done, remove zucchini from heat and add garlic
Stir a few times and let soak until potatoes are done boiling

In a blender add your cooked zucchini, soft potatoes (there should
only be a little water left in your pot and you could add that too
in place of the filtered water, but don't forget to adjust your recipe
accordingly), and the remainder of your ingredients/spices.
Blend/Puree until creamy.
Serve!

*If allergic to coconut, EVOO can be used throughout.
