Blueberry Ketchup

I got this from online somewhere and tweaked it to my likin’!

2c blueberries
4t minced garlic
1/4c red wine vinegar
1/2t dry ginger( I don’t do this but the original called for it)
1/4t onion powder
1/4 t sea salt
Stevia to taste

Bring all of these to a boil and then reduce heat. Simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Chill in fridge or enjoy warm over meatloaf or with fries🙂
